As a former lawyer and leading executive, Karen Elizaga understands the unique terrain of the corporate landscape. This insider’s knowledge informs her executive and career coaching practices, which are further enhanced by her experience actively coaching hundreds of successful professionals.
Being a busy NYC-based entrepreneur, volunteer, wife, mother and friend – she understands the delicate balancing act between work and life. With partner Susan Cross, Karen launched Venus in Balance (www.venusinbalance.com), a new lifestyle coaching company for women, in November ’09.
Raised in Hawaii, Karen has lived in Paris, Washington DC and London, traveled the world extensively and lives in Manhattan and Westport, CT with her husband and two children.
